Horrible! Do not use! Used to use them all the time and was fine but last few months is a joke! Booked taxi in advance to got airport. Waited 20 min taxi not there! Was not even booked! Said sending driver will be 5 min was almost 30 coming from God knows where! Booked taxi in advance to get to train station. booked for 7 am. Asked to double check as because of them almost missed plane last time. Confirmed and of course few minutes past 7 taxi not here! Called - taxi booked for 7.30 instead! Asking how long? They can’t tell. Never again ! Thank god for uber!

It was much better before the merger, I've had three Taxi drivers now that have no idea where they are meant to be going. Princess Road is one of the Largest roads in Manchester and not one of them had ever heard of it before, or Cholton for that matter. Better hope you have a post code and they have some kind of Sat Nav otherwise your holding their hand for them, which as the customer you shouldn't have to do

Rang for a cab told 10 minutes away. Half an hour later told 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later told “on my road, traffic is bad” not a car on my road! 10 minutes later told “ still on my road traffic bad” not one car on my road! An hour later turned up! 🤣🤣 only use if your desperate and don’t need to get anywhere!

Absolute joke !!! Left me standing outside i the freezing cold with my 5 yr old to be told when i rang up to see where my taxi was that there was nothing booked under my name or number!!!!!! Not even a sorry from them!!

Called a taxi, was quoted 20 quid, when I got in the driver said it would be over 30 so I just got out. Rip off
