The worst service ever! The staff is shockingly bad! The phone is put down on you, you end up waiting for a cab for ages, the staff is rude to you. Save your the hassle use a different taxi firm

Always use this company around Salford, the drivers are always friendly. And I have never felt threaten or worried by one of the drivers. Good prices as well.

I have been using 7s for 3 years now and they have never let me down on purpose. The only issues I have had have been with the automated machines but that only happened once and was resolved in a day. The drivers are always lovely, friendly and encouraging! 7s are better than uber or street cars hands down!

Disgusting service. Had the phone put down on me whilst trying to find where the taxi was (which) was 15 minutes late. To be told it wasn't booked, then refused to give me the name on the woman I'd previously spoken to. As if by magic the booking was found. I told him I'd be putting a complaint in. He laughably told me he was one of the managers lol. Then I had the phone put down on me. Taking this matter further. Useless taxi company.
