I wouldn't give even one star but that's the lowest one . The driver was shouting on the phone about his private things ... Was very bad smell in the car ... Which is not acceptable I didn't even finished that ride because of him shouting to somebady on the phone ... The driver didn't even stopped where I ask for he was on the next side of the street ... I am very disappointed...
Horrible driver had to book one from the lowry and because it's Eid I couldn't book street cars who I normally use from here as they had no drivers. The taxi came and I told him I suffer with motion sickness and I said could you go slow going round bends he didn't answer me really rude he blatantly ignored me and drove fast round bends I suffer with dizziness and I don't vomit but my god when I got in I was sick I would advise anyone not to use these taxis a really ignorant rude taxi driver not a patch on street cars who r nice drivers I wish I was sick in the taxi he would go slow then if anyone said they had motion sickness

My daughter lost her phone in the taxi rang to ask them to look tonight half an hour ago and he was very rude,the drivers hand things in this is manchester not bolton but they operate from bolton too? Asked him to ask the driver to look under the seats he said I've just told you then hung up!! What a you not what!!!
I have been using 7s for 3 years now and they have never let me down on purpose. The only issues I have had have been with the automated machines but that only happened once and was resolved in a day. The drivers are always lovely, friendly and encouraging! 7s are better than uber or street cars hands down!
The drivers are second to none for customer service and always friendly. The two ladies who I had to deal with this morning were shocking. Four times I was hung up on after asking where the taxi was after 15 mins late. Then rang again after it was 20 minutes late. The third time i rang i got told to take a 10 minute walk to a different location. I was happy to do so but then she told me to re book later and hung up. I rang back and asked if the calls are recorded to make a complaint .... guess what? Hung up again. The taxi driver came and apologised on their behalf for the rudeness. Not his fault and i am interested to see if i can have those calls reviewed.
