I call them daily and in less that 5 to 10 minutes they promptly arrive. Drivers don't ask you questions they know the Geographical navigation very polite matured and respectful. Of all Taxis I have used they the best and very honest Jake
Awful! Didn't point out cash only before getting cab.. cash machine was broke by destination so he had me driving around Manchester for a further 45 minutes! Rude obnoxious cow on switchboard.
I used Swan today, as I couldn't get an Uber. The booking agent was very warm, and friendly. We were kept informed of when the driver was arriving. It was only a few minutes. The driver was chatty, and polite. I highly recommend themServicesLimousines
My daughter got on wrong train and got off at next stop in middle of nowhere. I live near Blackpool so was panicking as it was late at night. Thankyou to the lady on end of phone who reassured me a taxi was on its way to bring her home. I spent the next 20 minutes on phone to my daughter until driver arrived he was amazing. I got a text to say your daughter is safe and in taxi. Thankyou so much for the peace of mind. Highly recommend this company for their actions. Driver was called Dale. Thankyou again xx
Pre booked this taxi LAST WEEK for an airport run only to be phoned at the moment we are expecting it to collect us to tell us there are no taxis available. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Won’t be using these ever again after dropping us right in the ****. Now frantically trying to book another taxi during rush hour so we don’t miss our flight. Thanks Swan you useless ****s
Called before 8am, took over 40 minutes to get a taxi despite them saying it would be 10 minutes. I was late to an important meeting and it got me in a lot of trouble. Never using again.
Spoke to a very rude woman when trying to book a cab, who didn't even care to ask what time I needed it by, before hanging up on me. The taxi was late and had to cancel due to a no-show. It was so bad it was almost hilarious. Avoid at all costs.
I regularly use these guys though it would help if customers can expect their cab around the time they book it not twenty mins early or twenty mins late not for any other reason than if they have an appointment that is extremely urgent, which today's was. Thank you for understanding
Called and ordered taxi was outside hotel with 4 bags taxi pulled up looked at me and my bags and left called company told her what happened she completely lied and said that wasn't my taxi when it stated on my phone to look out for that very car a grey Renault she then said I'll get u another one it will be about 15 mins I'd rather walk than give this so called taxi firm any of my business absolutely disgusting to say the least
One of the worst taxi firms I have ever used, rude telephone operators stay away
