I got a cab from Sainsbury’s to Manchester Piccadilly on Saturday. Had what I thought was a nice conversation with the female driver, until we arrived and I realised I was unable to pay with card as most other taxis allow it- I had no means to get cash and offered to pay over the phone or bank transfer which she agreed to but while I was trying she became very angry and called her operator, was being very rude about me in front of my face telling him “thinks it’s a very poor way to live my life” and then when I was still trying to transfer she lost it and started shouting at me to just get out - so I didn’t pay her. This woman shouldn’t work for a customer facing company

Booked a cab hours previous. Didnt turn up so rang and got very rude gentleman basically said not got a cab and don't know when I can get one as busy n said I have to go now and put phone down on me.  What's point in booking!! Very bad service.

Thank you so much to this taxi firm I am from London and refuse to use uber this company is in Eccles and they sent a man called Ian he was the loveliest man I have probably had the pleasure of meeting as a cab driver he even took me to McDonald's thank you so much for your professionalism and getting me home safe great taxi firm would highly recommend and if you get Ian you will definitely be in the best of handsService:&nbsp;Limousines

Shocking customer service twice I let them off ! Only ever used this company twice, both times to pick me up from mcr airport, and both times the couldn’t find me and they didn’t actually know where there own location was, absolutely a farce , no  knowledge of the local airport whatsoever

Do not use this firm. They discriminate against the blind. Guide dogs are classed as dirty and refused to enter the taxi..

Terrible company, we was waiting outside Wetherspoons in Eccles for a pre-booked taxi from Royal and Crown  and a taxi driver  pulled up and said what name please so we told him and he said yes jump in and then was trying to say it would be £35 to Heaton Park, we then realised it wasn't our taxi and asked him to take us back for our taxi. When I rang the office and told them, they was very rude and told us we shouldn't of got in it in the first place then, but he was trying to blag it by asking what name, so how is that our fault ?
