Excellent service. Ordered a taxi for 15th May, pick up from Lancaster Road, into Manchester and return. The lady that took the booking was lovely and both drivers were really nice, chatty and took the best route possible to avoid being stuck in traffic for a long time. The price as well was very good compared to other taxi companies. In all honesty, this is the best taxi service I have had in a long time and would highly recommend them.
Lovely taxidrivers lovely staff on the phone just give them a bit of notice when you want a taxi obviously not like UBER but an absolutely fantastic taxi company. I do try and use them as much as I can living in Salford Trinity Way. Keep money spent local
I booked a taxi from Salford crescent station to collect my niece at 7:35. They turned up at nearly 8am only after I phoned to remind the office. This then meant I was late leaving for work. The office said they didn’t have any drivers free in the area to send out. So what’s the point accepting advance bookings then?
These people are a joke, I ordered taxi to big tescos in Salford he couldnt find it then eventually told me to walk to the petrol station nearby and he was not there. Then a passer by told me taxis normally went around back of Tescos and he was there talking on his phone and I tried to open door at back as I had lot of luggage but he had locked it and wouldnt open it despite the fact of luggage and downpour of rain and told me to rebook taxi as I was late.I said open the door so I can put my luggage in first so it didnt get wet and he refused while still talking on his phone, at this point I told him where to go! Never use 1 star is too much
Avoid at all cost! I have used this so called Taxi company on a couple of occasions and the drivers will always take the longest routes because of there lack of knowledge of the streets of Manchester even though there have SAT NAVS. Upon arriving to Deansgate from Salford on my previous encounter with them I was charged at least three or four pounds extra than other taxi companys in the area. A recent incident with a driver of this company resulted in the loss of life of a friend due to the careless nature of his actions. AVOID these people, there are much better taxi companys in Salford and Manchester than these thieving idiots!

The woman on the phone is so rude, she hung up on me several times. My British partner calls up and she doesn't hang up on him. Pick your guess.
Very badly organised operators, booking ahead by 24 hours does not work, they show up after half an hour or longer whenever you call them out of desperation! Try walking to your destination instead!
Decent service, took 3 minutes to arrive and offered me the choice of which way to get to my destination. No worries.
Arrived early and the driver was very friendly. Has a secure online payment app
