Really enjoyed the food and was a good price . Cocktails 2 for £12 was good except seemed to be missing ingredients that were advertised ie fresh blueberry’s.Don’t like the non table service especially when busy. Wasn’t given any cutlery to eat the food and couldn’t be bothered getting up yet again to ask. I would visit again but not on a Saturday night. The music was so load and everyone was shouting to be heard over the music. I couldn’t hear the server when ordering and he couldn’t hear me. Me and my partner couldn’t wait to get out, it wasn’t a relaxed atmosphere and couldn’t even have a conversation with each other. It may just be the type of place it is but wasn’t for us which is a shame as inside was lovely and enjoyed the food. Will try again at a quieter time.
Great atmosphere and fab service. Very much enjoyed our drinks cocktail and beer. Really enjoyed the different options here, the games room is amazing and me and my boyfriend had a choice of TVs to watch sport on! The refurb on the place is gorgeous and we will be returning.
Clean, modern and spacious, but the food is not going to help retain customers In conjunction with overall prices. The pulled pork nachos was the most disappointing with some pulled pork on top of the tortilla chips and a huge pile of sour cream. The worse part was that there was almost no cheese. Mostly just dried tortilla chips. Very disappointing. If this is typical of them, I can’t imagine them staying in business for the long run.
Great atmosphere, great service, out of all the pubs in Ripponden they know how to make a drink with ice! Emma is a great host, so lovely and helpful. Emma knows how to put ice in a drink! I recommend x
So came in here for the first time tonight, amelia served us, what a delightful professional good soul, I couldn't believe upon speaking she was only 18, I have never been into a bar and experienced such lovely staff, I have had many staff myself and at this age and its apparent this comes very rarely, she deserves a raise, what a beautiful girl!
