This is just such a cracking pub, with a great atmosphere. The beer is always perfect and at a great price too, the service is excellent, you never have to wait long to get served, always plenty of friendly staff behind the bar. It has to be one of our favourite places to visit. We walk along the canal, have a couple of beers and a bus home, what more could you need
Best pub in Sowerby Bridge. Excellent beer that's brewed by themselves, excellent snacks warm scratchings, local pork pies etc. Good atmosphere, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. What more do you need?

Madge spotted this pub for my first ever pint of Hogs Head brewery beer. A lovely pub in an old factory building. Try their range of beers or one of their guests. A great place to visit. Small outdoor seating area as well.
