Personal experience of this surgery’s receptionist.. zero. I remarried after being widowed. I was told quite rudely when I asked to change to my new married name. Quote I don’t believe that, you’ll have to provide proof or it won’t be done.Anyone can say that. End quote . who the hell was she talking to? Never been so offended in my life?. Well you may sit there madam with your short brown hair and glasses speaking loudly so everyone can hear, but I’ve found another surgery and registered where I’m not treated like a liar, and am treated with the respect I deserve. She needs to go on an interpersonal skills course and learn , or preferably retire
