probably some of the best customer service I have received. Ryan was patient, personal and very knowledgeable whilst helping me with an engagement ring purchase. After wasting his time for a few weeks with one design and then completely changing it at the last minute he was still as patient as day one. He checked in via email throughout the course of the whole thing and helped with resizing and any adjustments needed. the store manager Karen was also an asset to the company. she took the time to sit down and chat about everything all over again and gave some great advice. nothing was too much to ask in this store. could not recommend enough. thank you both!
What an incredibly refreshing experience to the often challenging task of shopping for sentimental jewellery. The now many positive experiences I’ve had at SWAG Kingston over the last few years will ensure that they will always be my first port of call when looking for an exceptional piece of jewellery. I have experienced the SWAG Guarantee, the interest free credit, the family business ethos and even the sourcing of bespoke diamonds to ensure that our eternity ring met our wishes. Above all else however, has been the consistent exceptional service that Karen and her team have provided each time. Their warmth, care and consideration have ensured that my experiences seem personal and not as though I’m just another customer. What a difference! Our sincere thanks to Karen and her amazing team for the great service and the great experience!
Sarel and Stephanie helped me to design and make a bespoke engagement at the end of last year. It was a real pleasure dealing with both and the ring turned out amazing. Couldn't have been happy with the service provided and the attention to detail they both show as well as the enthusiasm they have for the work they are doing. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
Completely remodelling and re-engineering - and recreating - an engagement ring with considerable family history and emotional attachment is a difficult and costly task, and we did not undertake this lightly. But the whole process from start to finish was excellent, with Sarel and Stephanie advising us and communicating with us from start to finish. We are simply overjoyed with the finished result, and could not be more pleased. The both put in considerable skill, advice and care, and it shows. I am very glad we came across them. Thank you!
Outstanding service from Omid, very patient with a completely clueless, newly-engaged couple! Guided us through different ring styles, shapes, materials etc. for a male's engagement ring and gave his own opinions and recommendations so that we didn't make any mistakes and considered all possibilities to make our choice truly the best one. Would highly recommend and will definitely return .
A really professional service. Stephanie and Sarel also kept in good touch and made me feel a part of the process of creating my wedding ring. It was surprisingly fun and the ring they created was stunning. Highly recommend.
Having purchased several pieces of jewellery here over the years, I decided to use their bespoke service. My wife was involved in all stages of the design for a new ring and was really pleased with the result. However, last year we took several rings I had inherited into the store and asked Sarel "to create" something for my wife. The result far exceeded our expectation. After several design consultations we settled on a freeform pendant using the stones from the rings. We were sent videos of progress, had a very interesting talk about the various stones and the platinum used. Eventually we took possession of a stunning pendant. Sarel and Stephanie were so helpful and friendly...not forgetting to mention extremely talented. My wife now has a unique piece of jewellery with strong sentimental attachment. Thank you both so much.
Ray Cousins Due to unforeseen circumstances I was advised by Sarel & Stephanie Du Plessis to have a new wedding ring made for my wife to compliment her unusual shaped engagement ring. This was done to perfection and to my wife's utter delight. I cannot thank them enough for the beautiful ring that they created and would recommend their expertise to anyone.
Since our first purchase from Swag Kingston in 2005, we have made numerous visits to make purchases, but on the whole the visits were to have my engagement ring checked, which often resulted in it needing a repair. It turns out my engagement ring is of a poor design which causes the posts to break and historical loss and damage of diamonds. We have been extremely patient with this situation, purely because we received customer service that was second to none...until yeterday! With the ring no longer under guarantee, and yet another loose diamond, I had decided to speak with the Assistant Manager of Swag Kingston about remaking/redesinging the ring at our own costs, so made an appointment. When I turned up at the store, the staff breaks had been rescheduled and the lady I had arranged to meet had gone to lunch, which was annoying but these things happen. HOWEVER, the way I was spoken to by her colleague was unbelievably patronising making my visit such a nasty experience I will not visit the store again. and get will get my ring redesigned and remade elsewhere. Swag, what are you doing employing such a person who will drive all your customers to your competitors!
I had a lovely experience at SWAG Jeweller yesterday. Karen was lovely and friendly, not to mention helpful in sharing her expertise and knowledge while my partner and I were shopping for wedding bands. Would recommend visiting this store!
