Afra is the kindest, sweetest sales person I have met. She gave fantastic tips on maintenance of my bracelet and helped choosing the right bracelet for my lifestyle! Thank you Afra!!
Smaller than the sutton one, hard to get round with wheelchair. But made up for by bright, enthusiastic staff willing to help. Only let down was, that the groups of little girls were crowding the store so paying customers had to wait outside, until they finished their gigglefest at all the shiny baubles.
Lovely place couldn't get what I wanted as there was a,queue which I understand but I had ran out of time no worries as I will be going back again soon.
Just love the collections which these ppl have in store!!!! Always amazed by the varieties and the designs!!! Often visit the bentals, and in my every visit, I would love to at least go and see the nice collections!!! This time found an amazing one with a decent price value. Unfortunately couldn't grab them; I still would love to post those to let others know about their unique and wonderful designs!!!

My first visit to Pandora Kingston yesterday which was an absolute delight. My friend and I were served by Joao who was so helpful and attentive. Excellent customer service thank you so much Joao for your advice and patience whilst we were trying on a number of items. Best service I have received in a,Pandora shop and walked away with my lovely necklace and charms.
First time in the shop, had to queue for about 15 min as it was little busy not a problem at all when was my turn to be served a “lovely”gentleman decided to completely ignore me and run away to other side of the shop fair enough… i was too desperate to get that present so I decided to give it a second chance after few min he came back so I started to tell him what exactly i am looking for and asked for help all i got back was huge bad attitude and rude behaviour, telling me that i was waiting on the wrong side and before being served I need to stay in the queue, when i told him that this is exactly what I did for the past 15-20 min he just gave me bad look and walked away. Well maybe because am on my 20yo and in that shop staff are not talking young people in serious as i have seen similar reviews describing same behaviour which is quite sad. After all I just left the shop feeling really disappointed. In the end I wanna say big thank you to that young men you have provided great customer service, on the high level.
An incredible place to shop for excellent quality jewelries with outstanding aesthetics. Customer service well received by extremely competent members and an immediate sense of warm welcoming to the store by the managers. Personally guided by Tyler Marsh from start to finish, from indecisively choosing a product to finally buying a product that is well suited for what I was intended to retrieve on arrival. Products were carefully explained with intricate details, providing clarity to the product and its magnificent quality.
Walked in 1st Feb 2021, no acknowledgement. Sales representative was busy with a customer which I can understand. Stood waiting by desk for 10 min. Not a look in my way, even walked right by me and still no acknowledgement. Went in to purchase and left with nothing.
Anu was fantastic today. She helped me with an exchange and even went as far as to ensure the ring size was perfect for my partner. Amazing customer service.
