Adore this store! Not only because of the range of items - from clothing and jewellery to pamper products, furniture and a great gift selection, but the staff are always so friendly! Always lovely chatty, personable staff on duty! They play great music - not too loud - and I always leave with a spring in my step! Thank you!

Unimpressed. Bought a £80 dress and shop assistant said there was a 10p charge for a paper bag. Wouldn't mind if it was plastic. When I said no to the bag she switched from friendly to frosty in an instant.
I love Oliver Bonas shops. The staff are nice mostly but I wasn’t happy with my last visit to this shop which was on a Monday. A middle aged lady who served me was so patronising.Also she didn’t put the jewellery in a bag or something at first that they normally do. Maybe because it was a sale item?!
Love this place. They have moved it upstairs now. I brought myself a set of bumble bee necklace and earrings. Its sterling silver and I've wore it ever since. Lovely staff.
Nice shop. Bought some really funny birthday cards. The staff is absolutely lovely. Their genuine positive attitude was very uplifting
