I went there few times and on the first visit I bought two pairs of jewellery only to realise the one in the display section was a faulty so went back to the shop and was able to exchange to different pairs. However, the earring are very easy to bend and become wonky so if you don't take care of it well you won't have a nice looking pair. Unfortunately, I am editing this review because not just once but several pairs of the earrings are easily breaking and the "main" part of the jewellery easily falls off and I have to say Amazon/Etsy/Shein would have better products than these ones. It's really disappointing and a waste of money because these ones & most products aren't refundable.

Have been here a few times before and always found nice jewellery and lovey staff....we visited on Thursday 9th March...2 moody blonde girls that really couldn't be arsed to help ..I actually felt like I was on the set of mean girls..we won't be back

My wife is a big fan, and this makes birthday/Christmas/valentine's Day shopping easy for me, and the staff are so helpful, it's always a pleasure to shop here. It's surprising how many items they stock compared to other jewelers, however, here is always my first stop, and I always come out with a successful purchase to light up the eyes of the one I love. Fantastic store, if you don't see what you are looking for, just ask, they're so friendly!

Lovely jewellery shop with pretty and unique designs. Prices are very reasonable too

Poor customer service, staff simply stood around when I entered and were very stand-offish and reluctant to help. The quality of the jewellery is terrible, in fact my skin reacted to their so—called silver and my piercing hole was almost destroyed. The jewellery was tarnishing in my ear, and nose within a few days and was informed by a piercer that if I didn’t remove it I would have a severe infection. It is disgusting quality, becareful.

If you haven't been to this place, located on the 1st FL in Bentall Centre, please do pop in if you're looking for a gift or somethingnice for yourself. They have nice collection of silver jewellery.
