Fantastic caravan dealership, have been in many times to purchase a new caravan and accessories. Very prompt when returning my call. I was surprised when reading the previous reviews but i can understand how this has happened. They appear to be a small team running large dealership. Keep it up guys, more than impressed!!

I bought my caravan here. .people were helpful at time. .Then found poles awning missing. .had big problem persuading them.to bring to me as I am on a seasonal pitch and needed awning up straight away. .then a pole is missing ..had use one from am old gazebo. .now fridge dies not work. .I'm within my warranty. .but they expected me tow it back. .I'm on a seasonal pitch and we do not tow this van. .The man was most unhelpful and seems and said oh that's more problems. .We are about thirty minutes drive. .awful after sales will never buy another van..I have worked in customer services for 22 years and the word SORRY goes a long way. ..also I didn't even bother say two cupboards have come unstuck. .what a rude company. .
