THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE! DO NOT USE!!!! We booked airport run from Guildford to Heathrow - the driver was due to pick us up at 4pm. At 4:05 I called the office and asked where the driver was, I was told ‘just round the corner’. At 4:20 I called again and was told the same thing. At 4:25 the driver called me and said he was 5-10 mins away. It was Friday afternoon and we had to deal with the M25. Fortunately for us a very kind family friend stepped in and took us to the airport. I called the office and cancelled the booking. However to add insult to injury the driver called me at 4:45 to say he had arrived- 45 mins late !!!! Clearly they had been lying to us each time I called. This is not the stress free start to our holiday we would have expected. Be warned - clearly useless and dishonest

Very disappointing! Me and my friend didn't want to walk back late at night in the dark and freezing cold so called up Surrey Cars with a quote of £7 to get home. Our driver was confused where to pick us up and then had to reverse down the street as the end of the road was closed. We weren't aware of this and knew it wasn't his fault (although he seemed to imply it was our fault) His driving was also dangerous in my opinion as he was swerving and going much too fast down a 30mph street, at that point I would have felt safer walking home! We were charged £11.50 as he made us pay for having to reverse down the street. Then once we got back he had a real problem processing the payment by card, he didn't know how to do it at all and we spent 10 mins waiting for him to process it! Shocked at the lack of service and will definitely not be using Surrey Cars again.

I used another local company but was let down on a number of occasions. Being a frequent traveller to airport I needed a service that was reliable (Nothing worse than pre-booking a car which does not show up at 4 a.m!) I have now been using surrey cars for the past 8 months and they have been very reliable. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Surrey Cars as a regular service to take my children to George Abbot school and they have been great. Always on time and reliable. Good cars and drivers. Probably done 15-20 pick-ups for me now and never let me down. Would highly recommend them.
