Do not use this company for timed appointments or business purposes. I allowed 35 mins to get from the top of Guildford high street to The Royal Surrey, (a 9 min trip), I did not allow for my pre booked car to be nearly 25 mins late, leaving me standing in the rain! The driver blamed the office, the office blamed the traffic. I reluctantly paid my fare - but will certainly not be using them again, very disappointing.

Fantastic company . Booked a cab yesterday , spoke to a really nice guy on the phone , my car arrived bang on time and I was greeted with a lady driver who was so friendly , to the point I could of chatted with her for a much longer journey. Thank you for a brilliant service. I will be recommending and using alot more .
