Absolutely great service. We have been using City Cabs for many years, mainly for airport runs and they have been extremely efficient and all drivers are really friendly and always on time.

Absolutely awful. Booked a car to take me to a wedding and they were 40 minutes late and I missed the wedding. Heartbroken. Driver not to blame - he was great. It was head office trying to make money by stretching drivers - kept lying saying he was 5 minutes away others otherwise I'd have cancelled. Compete disgrace and ruined a day I have been looking forward to for over a year.
Terrible service, ordered a taxi for 6 people, one taxi turned up, waited for the other one. Called them again and the young man said a couple of minutes. No sign of the taxi, called again and he said oh its for 6 people? Then out me on hold. I ended up cancelling the taxi and went with someone else. Don't use this company, completely unreliable, rude and a waste of time.
As a client for over 10yrs, everything was great until, they let me down on two important meetings even though I pre booked? To add insult to injury on the second let down they declined to answer the phone. GM cars was a standby and now our main means of transport. Good luck City Cabs!
Always use. Always reliable and on time
Absolutely awful service. My pre-order in advance Taxi was half an hour late which make me late on my train. Never again
