Excellent service, the drivers are polite. They can also give you a fixed price for local journeys so you know exactly how much the ride will cost whereas other companies tell you its on the meter and only give you a rough estimate and the meter is always more than the price quoted.

I pre-booked a Heathrow pickup to take a visitor to Farnham. The plane was on time but the driver left saying he has waited an hour and forty minutes, disputed by my visitor. Then he called and the driver came back and I was charged for two return journeys. All up more than £180. I feel completely ripped off. This is ridiculous money. And the driver was rude.
