Fair prices. Helpful store assistants
The shop itself is great however I've found some of the staffs customer skills need work. 4 times I have been in and purchased items, when I have have approached the cashier not once have I been greeted with a 'hello' or even a smile, no please and no thank you at all, no smile, no eye to eye contact. I do think management need to look into teaching a few members of staff about 'customer service'. Each time I have left I've felt very frustrated about the poor service
The young girl who helped us was so good. Extremely helpful. If only other shops had such fab assistants. Well done to Super drug.
I love superdrug it's my go to place for anything from hair dyes they have great choice to face creams witch I may add they have good offers friendly staff nicely laid out so easy to find what your looking for
One lady requires some customer training. It’s an effort for her to help and is very off hand.. Shame because rest of staff are very nice.
