We walked in this afternoon. The staff were simply not interested in us at all. In fact we felt like we were interrupting them. We needed help to buy swimsuits, bras and pants. We were prepared to spend a lot of money. But they just went in the back room and simply couldn't be bothered. This shop has gone right down in it's customer service. I won't be going in again.
The lovely assistant was able to know my size and the first bra she brought me was a perfect fit . So professional . Will definitely be back
I purchased a bra before Christmas, it was expensive at £45. Took a while to find the correct size! Seemed ok on fitting and was happy enough wearing it to come home. After about an hour the bra rode up my back and curled up at the sides. The wire pushed into my underarm causing pain. The next day I called the shop and said that I didn’t think the bra was the correct fit. The lady said I was happy enough with it in the shop! She said I could go and have size checked and I asked if it was incorrect would she swap it for the correct fitting bra. Her reply was no! I could purchase another one that did fit. She proceeded to ask if I would bring knickers back if they didn’t fit so therefore couldn’t bring a bra back due to bacteria!!! I have persevered with the bra but have really bad breast pain now and have had to resort to wearing other bras. I would NEVER shop at Sadie’s again. Avoid like the plague. Terrible customer service.
Absolutely fantastic place . Always find the staff kind and compassionate and professional. They recently dealt with my 13 year old god daughter aswell as me and she felt like they listened and made a potentially embarrassing situation fine
Fantastic fitting service by this very talented lady! My daughter was on a high for the rest of the day after being fitted with a perfect-sized bra. She even wore it home! Oh, and a second bra was purchased too: that's how impressed we were! Thank you for your help.
I've visited this store twice now and the customer service is outstanding, from the moment you walk in the door you're made to feel welcome and comfortable, the professionalism and skill of the staff is fantastic and very much appreciate. Thank you.
Friendly and helpful staff good selection and good prices
The only place I will go to for my bras. Proper fitting service, excellent quality. All the staff are very friendly and professional. On this visit I had the honour of meeting the lady herself. What a lovely lady
Lovely little shop so friendly makes you feel so relaxed having your fitting. Would recommend really good bras also
I went to the Darlington shop back in march/April it’s the worst bra I’ve ever had it doesn’t fit properly it’s far too tight and the young lass didn’t have a clue, this bra was £41, lesson learnt I won’t be back
