This is a fairly big shop, it was very clean, neat, well organised, they didn't have some products, like my favourite make up, but I understand it's the current situation and imported goods. Staff is attentive, but there were only 2 girls in the till, and the queue was building up because they are trying to help with enquires of the customer, give advice, sell perfums, sell sim cards, . Hopefully the company will have some strategy in the future to ease all the work the girls do in the till and make the queues go faster.They have a brow bar which is very nice.
I wouldn't go back here, the aisles are too narrow for people to move, and you're being stalked by far too many staff hoping you will try and steal something!! No hi can I help you they just stand 2inches away from all the customers looking what they're doing, they were following everyone it was horrible. The lady that served me was a complete misery aswell! There's a very negative staff moral in there. wouldn't go back here.
had purchased items and the lady askef for payment with out asking my superdrug number , she refused to add it because the transaction end and no other way , so i had to asked her to return all my items since no way to add it After that she said her college will do it ! And starting be rude with me and talking with her colleague with another language i did not understand it but i felt that i was not accepted as customer Then she said that she did it I asked where is my receipt she said that is in my bag i checked my bag there was nothing ! I returned to her but she refused to help me since my transactions had gone because she served another customer! She was not telling the truth I asked for the manangr called Dave He kept me waiting for a while so i asked for return my items After that the manager came and i request for returning my items for bad service and taking two much time He started arguing me by asking “ was i late !? Or because of thr cashier lady? Was it me was it me? “ So rude I just wanted to get rid of bad service and rude people her Low experience
The prices on the shop floor do not match the prices at the till. I went to buy deodorant today which was £2.99 on the floor, and at the till it scanned as £3.75, so I had to correct him and tell him to go and check it. They corrected it but this is the second time it’s happened to me at Superdrug, and I’m starting to think they do this to overcharge you and hope you don’t notice. The staff are also quite rude and often try to upsell you aggressively. I won’t be returning, as I feel this store is operating in quite a dodgy way. It should not be for the customer to always have to remember the right prices to avoid getting overcharged! You’re better off going to Boots.
What deal on their mobility Sim card! Data, as well as talk & text. Worked great in London. Also in France, albeit a minor setting change was needed for my android phone: Mobile, Access Points; in default, I deleted the many extra characters after 'default'.... worked flawlessly!
I was trying to buy superdrug night peeling in this shop. The product label clearly stated its almost half price from 8.49 around to 4.49. When I got to the cashier he said they did give me the discount of 4.45 and the final price is 8.45!. I did tell him it says something different there and it clearly states that members price is 4.45. I did say he's mistaken but he became very rude so I said I dnt want the product. I took the rest of my staff and went to take the photo of the label. I came back to the cashier and shown it to him. He started to scream at me and told me and I am rude right now... Then his rude colleague Zara that's the name I was told by the supervisor started point her arms at me in a very disrespectfull me:" I will not listen to you...client is not always right!". I was stunned by their luck of any manners. I reported everything to manager. He wasn't concerned much. When I came back just after 1 minute to him to take the names of the cashiers in order to make a complaint he was laughing with them and was just leaving the cash desk. To think I left boots to come here... I am taking it further. This Is not the first time they do fround pricing here!!

Wide range of products, staff was very cooperative and always trying to help you, specially the guy with long colored hairs, was super awesome and well informed about the products. Prices were also very reasonable. Note: Always compare Boots pharmacy and superdrug prices before buying products, they are besides each other on same road.
Been trying to book in a 3rd appointment for hep b jab. The phone number doesn't work and neither does the site it takes you to, to do the booking. When that site does work it asks for card details even though it clearly states they do not charge online and will charge in store. I have also already paid the full amount in-store.
