Tried to return unused, unopened Malaria tablets. Was told that medication in general is unrefundable. Had a quick look at Boots and Tesco policy, which says otherwise. I know in 99.9% of cases you won’t need to return, but just cause of that 0.1%, better off buying using another chemist!
Great pharmacy. Great availability of items. Going to Pharmacies can sometimes be a daunting experience, but not at this one, you will leave with a smile. Big shout out to Josh who is always friendly and more than happy to help. Very knowledgable. You have a great caring team down here at Krisons Chemist - highly recommended!
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been too . The staff are so rude and they have no clue of what they are doing . I wish I knew where they got their degrees from . My mom lost her medication and went to ask for emergency medication and they pharmacist literally shouted at her and criticised her for losing it . He also refused to give her the medication even tho it’s for high blood pressure so she had to go to her gp to get a new prescription. On another occasion my dad went to pick up my prescription and they gave him the wrong medication and for that reason I missed one dose of the medication . So I went there the following day and the lady didn’t apologise for the mistake and demanded I brought the medication back . I said I wouldn’t bring it back as it was a mistake on their part and I also mentioned how unsafe it is for them to provide the wrong medication to patients . After that she became really hostile . I will from now one ask my gp to send my medication elsewhere . These people are unprofessional, irresponsible and have 0 empathy or any care for their patients .
Good pharmacy, lovely staff and very helpful.
Awful pharmacy, the staff didn’t want to do their jobs. They would rather send you away than helping you with a prescription. Especially in a time of need, no compassion, just straight rudeness. Will never be going here again.
The customer service in this place is really bad. The second time in a year I have to go there to get my prescription from my GP and the man who assisted me started being rude the moment I said what I needed. He kept on being very rude, asking arrogant questions about who I was and what my address was, ordering me in a very rude tone to sign my prescription. What kind of manners are these? Who are you talking to? Be kinder to those who come into your shop and learn good manners. I will never go back.
I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. First thing that made me feel unsafe were jokes between the pharmacist and the other customers in a line, that they pharmacists know everything about the customers, their partners and even their affairs. Which to me sounds as an abuse. When I realised that they have all my private data and even my kids' information, I felt very unsafe. Potentially they might use this information to authorise for action on my behalf. Who knows what's on their mind.
Bad customer service, staff behave like they have a ship on their shoulders, I I used to go there for my regular prescription then I stopped and then decided to come back because of the proximity to my home but today I realised that staff still the same, very inquisitive and intrusive regarding my prescription, when I have an medical exception certificate and they kept questioning my medical problems in front everyone, never come back there. They rude impolite and very unfriendly. Is this an Asian culture behaviour?
I would give 0 starts if I could. I went Couse I needed something for my piercing, and they gave me one cream and surgical spirit, I then find out that you are NOT supposed to use that on a piercing, I asked is that was safe as I was looking for physiological serum. He said it was better to use what he was suggesting. Makes no sense to tell a client to use something that is not safe.
The Dark color skin gentlemen is very rude to customers, at the beginning I was thinking that he has something personal with me or my community Hispanics but now that I had read all the reviews here I can see that he is rude with every customer. Not customers skills at all . I will never come back to that pharmacy again. I do not like the way this person is dealing with customers not professional at all. Very disappointed
