Honestly the best pharmacy. Such a nice environment. Really grateful
This is a great local pharmacy with such kind, helpful and efficient staff. I'm always impressed with the pharmacist there for taking the time to speak to you and remember you. It's usually not too busy and the team works very quickly so you're in and out in no time. It doesn't have fancy decor but it has knowledgable, discrete and helpful staff and I'm glad it's my pharmacy.
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used in the UK. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. If they don’t have the medication on site they order it for the same day or next day. They remember their customers and are an important part of the community on Roman Road. Sometimes I feel let down by my GP but when I go here I always feel like I get the best service. Thank you very much Parnell Pharmacy, I’m glad to be one of your customers.
Parnell are the best. They go above and beyond to help in a meaningful way. One time their card reader was not working and I was picking up something for my wife. THEY WROTE AN IOU. And gave me the meds. I found that so personal and nice. I remnant of a bygone era, where you had a relationship with the people running the store... 100% recommend
Nice staff but never open on time
We popped in here to get some lateral flow tests - all seems good, with a spacious interior. Staff were helpful and seemed well stocked - happy to pop in again in the future. Just on the north end of Roman Road near to the A12
Every time I spend over 20minutes to pick up my prescription, and half the time it turns out they don't even have all of it. Service and organisation in this pharmacy is a joke and always has been! Prescriptions should be ready to collect, not trying to quickly mix and match the items when I come in and ask for it. I received a message a week ago that my prescription was READY. And once again after wasting my time they realised they don't have all of it... Utter disappointment every single time! What a disgrace...
I have been using this pharmacy for years and must say the service is out standing the staff go over and beyond what a usual pharmacy would do also a special thanks to mr Malik and Maisha for their great service
Very efficient and reliable service. And the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the correct prescription. Excellent stuff.
Always helpful, fulfil my prescriptions easily, nice staff.
