This pharmacy use to be efficient, a part of the local community but since being taken over a good few years ago now, it has fallen below standard. I say this as they withhold medication which is on repeat unless requested, they often do not read the notes from your gp about your medication changes so if you are dependent on others and cannot check yourself you may not be receiving what you should. I have had an ongoing issue with the flavour of my gaviscon-you may think this silly, but after many conversations and a label stating the flavour I want-they still mess it up. Its sad as I didn't realise the "chemists" were struggling to provide an adequate service. Maybe its just this one as they have multiple pharmacists across the week.

Lack of clear communication and clarity to customers in order to cash in, even when dealing with repeat medications, which I find unacceptable and deontologically wrong. Also, the place looks tired and dirty, the opposite of what a pharmacy should feel like.

One of the best customer friendly pharmacy in Tower Hamlets. Very friendly, approachable and empathic senior staff. Always welcoming, make time to listen and very helpful. Dispensing very well organised, efficient and do not have to wait long. Medicine hardly out of stock and notification messages are sent efficiently on time. Retail pricing very reasonable. Miss the staff and the high level of service having moved out of the area.

The rudest pharmacy I have ever been I believe the managers name is Raj and he comes across as disrespectful and nonchalant when attending to his clients. For placements also his work of place is unstable.

Without doubt simply the best pharmacists and senior staff. New shop assistants can be a bit testing but they improve greatly after a few weeks. Overall they provide excellent professional polite friendly services. Open every day too!

One of the oldest pharmacy in the area. Very helpful and supportive for the local community. I used to collect my medication through them when i was around the Bow area back in the days. Well organised and excellent customer service. To me pharmacist are 1st Dr in the community and the advice is really helpful and time consuming.

Best pharmacy by far in E3. Been going to them for over 5 years. Very good with the pre flight PCR. Very switched on pharmacist who always gives relevant and good advice. Really good service. Great pricing on toiletries too. Thank you

I owe this pharmacy my appreciation. They have gone out of their way to help me get my medications as a priority. They have been friendly, polite and of course knowledgeable with what I need.

This my favourite pharmacy down this long road!  The staff are always really nice and helpful for anything you need, you never feel embarrassed and usually find a what you're looking for or can get them to order it in.  It also does a good range of beauty and cleanliness products on sale a lot. Good hours, good stock, friendly staff. :!
