The very helpful staff in Supaplumb gave me a great deal on an ex-display bathroom suite. They even let me swap the tap for one I preferred. I love a bargain with zero lead time.
This company doesn't know the meaning of customer service!!!! I ordered 2 shower sides, when delivered one was faulty, I called Chris, who I’d dealt with at Supaplumb who was very matter of fact, asked me to email photos, and said he’d have to order another which would be a least 4 -5 days, but I’d arranged a plumber to fit them so he had to go away and await. I had to keep calling and eventually was told it had arrived and would be delivered, so I arranged for my Plumber to be here, the wrong shower side was delivered, so I had to ring again, apparently the wrong panel had been dispatched, so our Plumber had to go again. Eventually the right one was delivered, and I had to pay for 3 days to the Plumber!! I was so distraught and told Supaplumb BUT there was no comeback. It would have been nice if Chris had been mortified and apologetic, but all he could say was that he hadn’t made any profit from the sale of the shower sides, because he’d had to replace one!!!!!!
Visited a month back ... mid-afternoon ... looked like a work experience girl at a desk close to the plumbing counter. Plenty of staff running around laughing and joking - but no one to help. Waited 5 minutes - managed to get the girls attention - she looked for staff but no one to help - too busy doing not alot - waited 15 minutes for nothing - lots of old senior staff but no one to help or even try to help - maybe they didn't need my money - spent my £800+ in b and q instead
