Wonderful customer service! Order was delivered very promptly, with a phone call being made to organise when suited me. Had a problem with parts of my order and a lovely gentleman Seamus, made sure the issue was sorted quickly and sufficiently. Will use again for sure.

Brilliant service from lovely helpful staff Derby . Delivery guy was really helpful even though he was on his own, didn't just drop in an inconvenient place like some companies, took time to stack against wall so I could use drive. 5*
The customer service from this place is very poor. Both in terms of there delivery service and there service on the phone. They was unable to unload thr van themselfs while delivering and required help when 2 workers should of been sent to unload. Then on the phone when calling about the issue rasing it with them thr deputy manager just put the phone down on me. A joke of customer service would not recommend.

Turned up to get a quote on some fencing panels as I needed quite a few and was told everything thing I needed to know was online even though I was standing in front of the member of staff. Couldn't be bother to serve me and said he was busy. I have now order from another firm who was very happy to serve me.
Ordered online, was text to say it was ready to collect. Show up to collect and the two guys in the office couldn’t be less interested in helping. Given my order on a piece of paper and left to hunt it all out myself. Another older chap in the yard was doing the same. No customer service and ordering online is pointless if the order isn’t placed in a bay ready to load. Quality is debatable, posts have ragged ends and the “shower proof postcrete” is left exposed to the elements and sitting in snow. Saw 2 concrete posts that were banana shaped to have to filter through for straight ones. Should of used AG fencing like last time!
Friendly informative and helpful service from Grangewood Derby. Able to fulfil my order, will go back no problems.
Never had a problem if I did they sorted it Quick, Quality always good if you're not happy you get refunded so all good.
Top quality service at at a very good price. Had decking delivered twice during lockdown maximum wait was around a week which was expected due to high uptake .
