I purchased the 1800mm Black Heritage Aluminium Doors and I’m obsessed with them. Delivery was really, really quick which was unexpected, I think I received them within a couple of weeks which was brilliant. I’ve had a couple of issues with my installers separate contractors, not related to Climadoor and Climadoor were really quick to help and put me in contact with the manufacturers for more information and help too. Really positive experience all around.
The doors look great, if different to the misleading picture, but my builders thought they were time consuming and difficult to fit with very little instruction available. I ordered according to the picture shown on the website along with the door size I wanted and all the panes on the picture were the same size, as a classic crittal would be, only to find that's not the case in reality, the panes on the far left and right are narrower. All these negatives aside they seem well made and are attractive, just not the dimensions I was expecting.
Th customer service is not brilliant if you have an issue with the doors. Plus they don't ensure the door is delivered in correct packaging so it will get damaged. The doors however, are nice., so you just have to take your chance. Would not use agin though. Too much hassle
Good value quality interior oak doors. The hardware was included in the price and was also great quality.I would have given climadoor five stars but the delivery was over five working days
Good quality doors delivered promptly. I am about to order more.
