This plumbing shop probably the best place in Long Eaton for most plumbing needs that you can't get elsewhere ! I have visited the shop few times in the past couple years for plumbing parts that I couldn't get anywhere. The two friendly gentlemen working there saved me both time. They are very knowledgeable & always willing to help. The price was also very very reasonable. Thank you & will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
Seems knowledgeable, yet has a negative outlook. Seems arrogant. Using the negativity to seek remedy work. Not my kind of honest business.
After failed visits to 2 other plumber's merchants, I was fortunately pointed in the direction of Brett's. The 2 lovely gentleman in there immediately knew exactly what I wanted, solving my problem very quickly and with a smile.
I'm not a plumber or heating engineer, just a guy with a leaky tap. Asked Brett if he could suggest what I needed and he sorted me out with the tap. I asked if he could recommend a plumber ? Not only did he recommend one he got the plumber to contact me. What a great service you get here. PeterandMarian
Very knowledgeable staff - a huge step up from the blank looks that greet you in the big DIY centers when asking plumbing questions. Always able to suggest the best way of doing something, and the parts they sell aren't in stock because they are necessarily the cheapest - they are in stock because they are reliable and work - which saves you a lot of time and money in the long term. Recommended.
Extortionately overpriced, needed a few grommets for electrical back boxes, but didn't want to have to buy a box of 100 like I had seen at Screwfix for £2.29, mainly as only needed a few and the rest would just go into a drawer for years to come. So anyway, told them I only needed 10 and they wanted £1 for 10, what a rip off. When I questioned the price a rather rude elderly gentleman sitting at the front of the counter said "Go buy them from Screwfix then!" Which due to his attitude I did and the fact I didn't want to pay a 500% markup.
Brett's is an independent plumbers merchant with excellent personal customer service and advice. They always go the extra mile.
This guy never lets me down always delivers, can't fault it, ya get a laugh for free top bloke..............
Great service. Been going there for years. simply the best.
