My experience in Sunny Bay was fantastic! Fortunately I found sunny bay after contacting too many agencies were everybody told me that I'm not suitable for any property. I know them already 2 years now and they help me find my first property. When my contract was close to finish they help me to find another property(bigger) where I'm very happy now. The team is fantastic, very kind and helpful. I'm really thankful what Lucy did for us because she went more far where the other agencies just stop. Thank you so much Sunny bay's team!

Excellent support, while other agents consider letting a property is the end of the job, I found Sunny Bay agent started the job after letting the property with continuous follow up on maintenance and support, staff are friendly, approachable and very helpful. I defiantly recommend them.

Sunnybay, more like shiftybay! Seemed like a friendly bunch, however on closer inspection things aren't what they seem. Firstly contracts were not signed by all the people living in the accommodation - one of the tenants was not officially living there. Secondly when tenants changed, the tenancy agreements were not updated. Lastly when moving out it turned out the deposit scheme had not been setup properly and I am still waiting for the return of my deposit 2 months since leaving! Very bad, very very bad.

I've had a great experience with Sunny Bay. They are very professional, polite and helpful and very accommodating to their customers' specific requirements.

I have been with Sunnybay letting no. Of years and I would recommend to any of my friends and family they have given me a excellent service and have look after my properties very well thank you Sunnybay letting for all the hard work you done for me.
