James was excellent and I would recommend him for top customer service to a landlord. He was super helpful and when asked to measure our flat, went first thing the next morning, measured and reported back that day, free of charge. Helpful, professional and personable.

Very friendly and helpful. Unique personal touch! They do rentals and sales not only to make a profit but to really help people! They really care for their clients. I have been with many rental agents in the past but you will not find such a strong social focus in any other estate agencies. I cannot recommend them enough.

Yes! I have a home from next week in Wimbledon! Thanks to the amazing staff from Rental and Sales. They are super friendly and helpful. They really care for their customers. They work extremely quickly. I've never seen such a professionalism and social care from an agency (and this is my ninth move within four years in London, so I've seen many agencies). If you need to rent or buy in SW London: contact them! They should use the motto: the rental and sales agents who care about you!
