We bought our house through Ellisons in 2019 and had a great experience with Sam and the team. When we came to sell this year we knew Ellisons would be the best choice. Andrew, Sam, Aidan and all the team are fantastic - friendly, reliable and always able to give good advice. Rates are competitive and their knowledge of the local area is second to none. Our onward chain got very complicated but Sam did a brilliant job managing it all, keeping all parties calm and reassured! We would highly recommend Ellisons Wimbledon!

I engaged 3 agencies to market my property. One was defeatist and low in estimate, one was flashy with a pitch full of corporate lets/sales, and then there was Ellisons. From our valuation meeting with Aidan, we were inspired by his professionalism and managed confidence, so they were the natural choice. Two viewings later we had an offer for full asking price from the first viewers!. Don't get me wrong, we put a lot of effort in presenting our place properly for sale, but this was still a great outcome. Really goes to show they are the local experts and have a gift for placing the right people with the right property. From that point on the whole team were great at ensuring that the sale stayed on track, especially in challenging economic times. Dan was fantastic in mediating the details, and Lewis was incredibly helpful anytime we needed to call or pop into the branch. We definitely felt reassured throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough to anyone wanting a quality service.

We recently sold our Wimbledon flat through Lewis and Sam. They were clear from the start and when asking their advice they would always give their honest opinion to find us the right buyer. We had a delay in the process due to some unforeseen circumstances and Lewis worked hard to keep our buyer and myself informed in the process to make sure the sale didn't fall through. We are so grateful that we were able to sell to a happy buyer and we are now able to buy our own dream property. Thank you so much Lewis and team for making the sale happen! I decided to use Ellison's for a recent property sale based on recommendation, reviews and gut instinct and I wasn't disappointed. Right from the start their professionalism, experience and knowledge of the area and the current market shone through, quickly building my trust and confidence in their abilities. I was more than happy to let them "get on with it" and was proved right as the property sold at it's first viewing weekend !!! Alongside this they were very friendly and approachable, always on top of everything, making the whole process completely stress free and almost enjoyable !!! The whole team were brilliant but in particular Sam Lloyd and Lewis Haldane with whom I dealt mainly.  Both guys were amazingly helpful and reassuring all the way through, and went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me. Definitely a five star service from both of them and I can't praise them highly enough !!! Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Ellison's if you are buying or selling a property in SW19. It was a very good experience from beginning to end, thanks so much to Sam, Lewis and the whole team.

We recently purchased a property through Ellisons and cannot recommend Aidan and the team highly enough - great communication throughout the process and always willing to go the extra mile.  During our initial search the team clearly had a very good understanding of the local area and market and were then proactive during the sale process.  Aidan was great to work with -  we hope to use again in the future.

Aidan and Lewis dealt with selling our flat. They did a good job, Aidan said they had a buyer lined up even before we decided to go with them. You would think its a just a sales pitch but it came through. Lewis was fantastic, he kept us up to date with the sale where needed. I highly recommend Ellisons.

Selling your house is so stressful so you need a professional and really helpful Estate Agent on your side. The team at Ellisons Wimbledon could not have worked harder on my behalf. I would like to single out Lewis Haldane for particular thanks. His professionalism and attention to detail meant that the whole process went smoothly and actually quite quickly. He liaised between me and my buyers in such a way that any frustrations were quickly ironed out. Definitely someone to have in your corner.

Lewis was the agent managing our purchase and was very helpful and professional throughout despite many difficulties and miscommunications lower down our chain. He helped to communicate clearly with the vendors and to ensure that everything got over the line. He also helpfully arranged for a surveyor and electrician to attend. Compared to our interactions with our own estate agents Sterlings and those further down the chain Sterling Ackroyd, Ellisons were on another level FAR SUPERIOR!.

Great service from the team at Ellisons Wimbledon. Found buyers for our property the same day it went on the market. Very professionally handled throughout the whole process.

I am really impressed by Ellisons’ expertise. I had a great experience buying a house from Ellisons. Especially, I want to say thank you to Lewis and Aidan due to their professional, responsive manner through out the entire process. They made the whole process smooth and stress free.
