Fenced off and tatty. Only reason we were there is the great coffee and baked potato van with lovely owners off to one side. Worth a visit and super value. My wife and I love to sit and people watch in their area.
Central point of town, good meeting place, close to all shops, not far to walk too the seafront
The sundial is under repair at the moment but I am sure that when it's finished it was be back to is full Glory, where people can meet up and enjoy Plymouth from that as a place as a marker of the center of Plymouth shopping.
Good place to use as a reference or meeting point when visiting the town.
Fun shopping with the kids.
It's ok, but improved with bubbles in the fountain
