Although this restaurant has now changed owner we went in for a meal for my birthday and my the meal was fabulous I would even say it was nicer than before and that takes some doing. The place has now been brightened up and looks good. Sorry I can not pronounce the new name but it's now called shahid I think. But never mind what it's called.this place is all about the food.cheeeeers 9 out of 10 well done.
Very nice food, service was good but bills were hand written which made splitting large bill a chore. On the positive side we were well looked after and would definitely come again.
Decent Indian food at reasonable prices. The restaurant itself is quite small but you can pick up a takeaway or order a delivery too.
You cannot get a better Indian than from here.. We've been coming here for about twenty years, been to most others in surrounding towns takes a lot to beat this one....The staff are always charming too...
