First time using these tonight collection and by far the best I’ve ever had apart from being in turkey itself! Absolutely fantastic will define using these in the future. £21 for sultan mixed special and worth every single penny!!! This is suitable for 3 people sharing I’d say, me and the misses shared this so quite a large plateful

Ordered a lamb kebab with all salad and a meat and chips with cheese and mayo. Both came stone cold so cold the cheese even arrived stiff none of it could melt. Store opened at 4.30pm I made the order ar 4.32pm it arrived at 5.01pm. They refused to give a refund or even bring hot or at least warm food to replace this god awful meal. Apparently it was freshly made and sent straight out for delivery. Question is tho...is this yesterday's meat as even my dog has refused to eat it

Always got kebab from here but today they came cold and soggy. We rang to complain and they just accused us of lying and refused to help in anyway so we ended up taking it back to the shop ourselves and they said they couldn’t refund us because ‘well what are we going to do with it’ the worst customer service
Disappointed again this evening for the second time I have ordered it last time I told him to put the meat on the grill so will be well done still was cut too thick it was like rubber this evening meat was undercooked chips were undercooked for the price it is ridiculous I will not waste my money for the third time I did ask him to leave it longer to cook it well done and to cut it then I thought he might listen this time I will not make the same mistake again
Had a large Donner kebab, and I was really impressed. The meat was really well cooked, not remotely greasy and the salad was fresh. Staff in store were friendly, and the wait wasn't long. I'm definitely going to return.
Good place to get take home staff were friendly and professional good value for money
Rude on the phone and when the food arrived the chicken shish kebabs we ordered were very dry and did not taste good.
