Would of gave them 0 stars if I could Ordered from them off Uber eats and took over an hour and half just rang them up and they said it’ definitely out and will be with us in 10 mins … they are 11 mins away from us and they hung up on my partner as he was talking to them
The best burger and kebab shop I have ever eaten from. Food is excellent and so tasty.
Great food. I had the Flames Special Supreme Burger and I had no regrets. The rest of family also had no complaints about their food. Food showed up early too which is a massive bonus.

Second time we have ordered at 20:00. And second time we have had to call over an hour and a half later to see where our order is. We received the food at 21:45 only for them to have forgotten one of the main meals chicken kebab. Called to inform them and we got questioned 3 times with regards to our order making it feel like we was lying over a £7 kebab! Was told the meal will be sent out straight away. It's now 22:40 almost THREE hours after the initial order and we still have not received the kebab!!! Service was disgusting and the food not much better!!
Ordered online, our order included 2 large portions of chips. When the delivery arrived 45 minutes later and we opened the bag the 2 portions of chips were missing. I called them to say they had missed them so they said we’ll get them off to you straight away but they used my old address connected to my mobile number rather than the address they had just delivered to. So, after another phone call and reminding them of my address half an hour later once all the other food was consumed.... 1 portion of chips arrived. Although the food is nice this incompetence will make me think twice before ordering from there again.
£3 for a small chips, rip off and looks as though they were boiled in water for 30 seconds from frozen. Under-cooked, horrible and not even salted
One of the better kebabs in town and don't rip you off like Sultans for having the salad separate to the kebabs.Food: 4/5
Absolutely disgusting service just recently.. we order regular on a Friday for months and then orders started arriving wrong or missing!! And today just topped it for us... driver been driving around god knows where with our food for past 30 mins as they can't find our address! They rang us several times and to be fair we live literally 5 minutes from the shop!!! When we rang to ask where the hell our order was because we know it left 30 plus minutes ago, they gave us attitude!! All I said was o wasn't paying full price for kebab if was cold!! The lovely man on phone put it down on me..... 40 mins later he still hasn't knocked and to be fair he needing bother now... happily walked to sultan and enjoyed a proper kebab with great service!!!
