Excellent family meal today at Nando’s Kettering, first time we have ever been into one, the staff in that place are great, seems they actually enjoy their job! The food was hot, good portion sizes, great chicken, boneless thighs for me was great  free water from the machine with ice dispenser, drinks I.E cans of coke, Fanta and sprite priced very reasonable, nice spacious restaurant, clean toilets. 5  from us lot…well done

Absolutely diabolical service from this location.  We asked 3 different workers can we have our deserts please. Finally someone comes along 20 mins later after we finished dinner and says we lost your ticket, tell me what you ordered with no apology.  Table was full of cutlery from dinner but could not even bother to clear the table knowing there were 7 plates, glasses and cans of drink from 4 adults and 3 teenagers  Look at the pictures and see how we had to have dessert. On most occasions is it not standard policy to clear a table before desserts are handed to customers or have things changed ?  Made my feelings clear before leaving and had a half hearted apology by the staff.  This place is usually fantastic but assume the management has changed recently or new employees.

Just want to say what a lovely lady walking around asking guests is everything OK and topping up my drink. Food great too. Never had this service from Nandos..

18th birthday family dinner here. Friendly helpful staff. Very busy restaurant and you can't pre-book. Lovely chicken in many variables. Service a little disjointed with half meals coming 10 minutes before the other half? Bread in burgers and garlic bread chewy like old shoe leather. They were the only gripes. Sally Service Hound was looked after well too. 21st birthday dinner here tonight. Bread still tough. Chicken was succulent and tender though.

Meal for 3, ordered using the website, so not much experience of the wait staff, however they were friendly and efficient.  The food was delivered quickly and well prepared and presented and tasty.  Just wat you need from a #CheekyNandos  Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking spots just outside the door, entrance is ramped, and there is room to navigate a chair round the restaurant.

Waited about an hour for our order. One drink arrived, we had to remind the waiter there was another. Incredibly annoying man seemed to be employed to walk around asking everyone if "everything's good" repeatedly - erm, no mate, we're starving and thirsty. Wouldn't recommend.Food: 4/5

Value for money is rubbish, I ordered a burger that cost £12 and it was tiny, a child on a table across from us had a KIDS burger AND IT WAS THE SAME SIZE!!!  Just a different type of bun, the piri piri chips were really nice though Food: 2/5

Portion sizes have got lots smaller but the price has stayed the same. I was shocked at only getting only 4 fork fulls of spicy rice and the butterfly breast was  tiny, I love nandos but will no longer be spending my money there, it’s not value for money any more.

Ordered on the app, arrived when the app stated it was ready to collect, I gave my name, and it obviously wasn't ready! It wasn't even busy! They put my order on the grill after I arrived to collect it. It was on for a couple of minutes and then boxed up, needles to say, it had no flavour and looked anaemic! No one explained anything, no apology!

Order was incorrect. When speaking to the restaurant manager we were told that new staff had started and made a mistake for the second time running. Manager was then rude, unhelpful and hung up when confronted.
