We had the most wonderful stay at Suits Hotel and Spa! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.nnThe spa experience was amazing – the water temperature was absolutely lovely, and the massage quality exceeded our expectations. We both left our sessions feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.nnOur room was a great size, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also took advantage of the tanning room, which was a great touch, and added to the overall pampering vibe.nnThe only thing that was missing was a little garden escape or a table between the trees that would have completed the stay.nnWe would definitely recommend Suits Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway – we sure will be back!
The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. The suite was beyond my expectations and excellent value for money especially with my discount. Breakfast was fresh, hot, plentiful, with multiple options to choose from. The Spa, pool and gym were easily accessible and of a high standard.nThe area is a little off-putting but the hotel has easy access to major motorways and the venue itself outshines the surrounding industrial buildings.
Booked a spa day here as a birthday gift.nnWhen we arrived, the welcome wasn’t the happiest. There’s no atmosphere, no music and the lady on the desk was probably tired.nnWe were later shown the amenities and had everything explained to us.nnThe robes, towels and slippers were a nice gesture.nThe foot spa wasn’t working so that was disappointing. The images online make it look a lot nicer than it is. We were also sold a glass of Prosecco but never got one.nnThe relaxation room was great! They have a sauna, steam room and ice room which we enjoyed.nnWe both had a back massage and that was really enjoyable.nnThe changing room facilities are a little dated: the bottom of the shower is yellow, the shower head is falling off & the shower gel had ran out. Just needed some TLC.nnThey have hair dryers and straighteners which was a good touch.nnOverall, nice day but wouldn’t rush back
Great location and less than a 20-minute drive to Anfield Stadium. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Although we encountered a minor issue with a blocked toilet in our room upon arrival, the reception staff resolved it quickly. Overall, a pleasant stay. We would definitely come back.
INCREDIBLE VALUEnnLoved my stay here, the pool, sauna, and steam rooms made my stay feel like a 5 star spa weekend for an absolutely amazing price. I genuinely could not believe the size of my room for what I paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel made my visit to Liverpool stress free and a great experience.
