I was due to have my birthday meal at another restaurant, booked for 17 people, but that restaurant had to cancel last minute. The owner at that restaurant managed to book us all into Suede and I have to say that I was blown away by the staff at Suede; they were incredibly accommodating, understanding and friendly, despite it being a very last minute booking and having to cater for 17 very hungry people out of the blue! They went the extra mile for us and the food was delicious! Thank you so, so much for making the evening great!

This was one of the worst places I've eaten in the whole of nottingham, simply because I've never had such terrible service!! Waiting an hour for a pizza when you've received random items to the table is ridiculous!! To top it off, when we approached the staff, they brushed it off and were down right rude!! Asking for a refund for items we didn't receive and having someone argue back is ridiculous. I've never been treated the way one single member of staff treated me at this bar. Although, Isaac was lovely, really appreciated his response to the matter and will be going back because of him.

Booked a table for a friend's leaving do with some people from work. Reservation was for a table of 8 for 6:30pm (we finished work at 6). After having waited at the bar for a while, one of the girls asked if she could be served because she had been waiting the longest. She was rudely told that that member of staff didn't deal with drinks but we had to order our food straight away as they had booked our table for another party for 8pm. This was at 7pm. Some members of staff were quite rude towards our party. We had ordered the food and it arrived at half 7 leaving us half an hour before the second reservation. We managed to eat in time but were told as soon as we had finished that we had to leave because the second party had arrived. It's a shame that our experience was ruined by the way we were treated as the food and drinks were lovely. I still had a slice of pizza on my plate when we were told we had to leave and we were planning on having dessert. Ended up going elsewhere for this as we had been ushered out the door. Downright disrespectful and unappreciative of our custom.

The food was great and service was awesome. Happy to make adjustments on menu for me. Overall fantastic experience!
