Appalling staff , no customer relations , so won’t be going ever again 😐 dirty tables and floor which was a big put off , horrible

Staff extremely unhelpful, rude and abrupt in front of other customers. I asked for a latte to be split between two of my own cups and topped up with hot water, (my cups have large handles as I suffer with arthritis, and I can only drink weak coffee). Firstly I got an "eh" so I repeated my request, and was told "No, but you can buy a coffee and split it yourself," to which I replied, "so where do I get the hot water from?" They replied "cant do it but you can buy a coffee." I complained rather loudly and said I wouldn't buy the coffee. (Mainly because I can't drink it strong so no point buying it.) I am soo sorry to have to write this but this is the second time I have had a problem with the staff at this location and feel that as a disabled person (I am in a wheelchair so it is obvious I am disabled), I felt like I was not worth the trouble. I would have given it no stars, but I couldn't post this.
