Bloody got my burger this morning to find a human hair in the middle. Absolutely shocking... Mc donalds are just a 2nd rate food joint.

Standard McDonald's, recently refurbished so it's all very new and clean. Self service kiosks to pick your food and customise it is useful, less chance of them binging gurkins on your burger. Actually getting served at the counter is a bit harder as there isn't always someone waiting to take your order. Also it doesn't seem that there is much logic in the way they make your food. If the person before you orders a big order but you just order a coffee they don't start yours until the one before you is finished. A bit annoying if you just want a bit drink.

Get in the drive through queue, make order at the screen no problem. Drive to the paying window, they didn't have half of what I asked for and the woman couldn't even look slightly sympathetic.

Still need to get a full box of fries not half a box. Chicken lovely and staff polite.

As with all McDonald's, since their 'upgrading' spend more time asking people standing, around, if they have been served and once i get served I join them standing amongst the crowd until my order is ready. Staff are great, system is rubbish!!!
