Terrible customer service from Aricha and Payal, I tried to buy a sub and they put minimum amount of salad.. I literally counted 12 sweetcorn in my footlong. They assume I dont know their language however I heard when they say things such as "don't hand the vouchers to everyone, just to certain people". This is not what I expect from a established franchisee.

Decent sandwich, but unfriendly staff and probably one of the worst coffees I have ever had!

I usually go after 7pm and service has been good. Yes, the guy did sweep the floor but always uses gloves when serving. Join the sub club if you are a regular customer. It's worth it.
