Thought we would have a quick bite to eat. You can always tell when you are approaching a Subway restaurant as you can smell that fresh baking bread. Friendly service from them. I like that you can change your meal to a bottle for a small price as it can be difficult doing a large takeaway order with fillable cups. Don't forget your reward app. We just love the freshly baked cookies. Subs to try are steak and cheese as well as the meaty one which has their meatballs. Vegetarian options: Has vegetarian and vegan option available and would recommend the meatballs. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available.
Service was absolutely shocking, food about average, but seriously rude staff, would be nice if they concentrated on the customers in the store then worry about an online order, and the way the young lad with the nose ring was talking to lady behind the counter was rude, have a word with yourself buddy, manners cost absolutely nothing. Shall not be returning
Love subway was a busy rush with the amount of people there at lunch staff kept up with service and cleaning of the place. Vegetarian options: Good amount of veggie options staff where very accurate with the information given. Checked about the cheese also ! Kid-friendliness: Love the kids packs love that they come in a box only thing is drinks you don't get much choice with them it's fruitshoot or orange? They need to add at least 2 other drinks in maybe flavour water an apple juice?? Or pay extra to get a bottle of drink from the other sections Wheelchair accessibility: All flat easy access for a wheelchair, toilet was accessible
My chicken salad box arrived with no cheese or chicken, just a box of salad. When I called they had the nerve to say that had added the chicken, i.e inferring I'm a liar - until I offered to send a photo. Disgusting! Said they couldn't redeliver and to submit a complaint
I ordered a salad and they just sort of made what they wanted really had nothing I asked for on it, it's In the bin and I'm now sat having a pot noodle thay has never left me disappointed
Some of the loveliest staff I’ve ever met, very formal and friendly, great customer service and my order always tastes amazing! Thank you very much for the pleasant customer service and friendliness.
It’s was very good food I love it
One young man on the counter with no help and loads of people waiting waiting waiting! Tables not cleared, rubbish all over and no customers sitting at the tables. There's obviously something wrong with management and staff shortages. Problem is this was at 6.30pm on a Tuesday during the festive season. I eventually gave up and went to the fish and chip place next door, meal was served in timely manner and the service was much better. I'd probably still be waiting for subway to get it together
Can't say I've ever had a bad subway, no exception here, quick, courteous and it was lovely.
Sandwiches were messy not prepared nicely Toasties bits were more bread then anything else. Little rude asked what drinks were available he said what's in the fridge and cold drinks or hot drinks. Customers service is poor
