After going in the drive through to be asked to park in a bay and after 25 mins went to find out where the food was, a member of staff came out with it not warm and said they were waiting for fillets. No apology at all

Bucket of 10 pieces of chicken. 7 drumsticks and 3 thighs. Presume the white meat goes elsewhere , unfortunately not everyone wants dark meat.

Service isn't overly quick. Staff generally polite.  Food not always hot :-/

Restaurant is dirty, food was pretty good though. All of our order was correct and present.

Atrocious service and rude staff. Cold chips, missed parts of the order, no apologies. Just generally useless. We've been to this one a few times and it's usually the same level of disappointment. Food tastes fine though

Very fast drive through. Food was cooked perfect. Last time I visited  about 5 years ago  it was naff. But it's all good now.

I have only really used the drive through. Staff are polite. No complaints so far.

The single best KFC I've had for about 30 years. Chicken with crispy skin, cooked well and not greasy at all. The bucket my chicken was served in was almost reusable Not that they would of course overall a very pleasant experience.
