Went though the drive through was sat in queue for ten minutes to be told they haven't got no milkshake what a waste of time they could of put a notice up of what u have in stock want be goin again

Food order was correct, however it took such a long time to be ready and when we received it the chips were cold. The restaurant itself was dirty and littered. The staff were miserable and very slow.

The food was fine, but we got stuck in their car park for 30 minutes due to the stupid design. Once you park it is impossible to get out due to 2 queues of cars directly behind the parking bays. You have to hope someone lets you out, then you have to go through the drive thru to get out. I'll never come here again.

Always seemed busy no matter what time you drive past. Not a great layout of car park so drive through traffic backed up on to main road. Food was good and staff great.

On holiday with 12 grandchildren and 8 adults and gave an order for £96.75 the service was fantastic Particularly holly her customer service was fantastic even helped carry my order to the car first class service thanks

The worse mcdonalds design ever. Can't park in the tiny carpark as when you get in you can't get out as you get blocked by the drive through cars. Staff ate polite and understand the issues over design of the outside of the car park.

We made an order through Uber eats which arrived completely wrong. I spoke to the manager of Paignton McDonalds who exchanged our order in store. Very helpful team. They even helped us out of the car park. Thanks
