Always love subway, but the female on shift had gingerish hair for late night shopping was appalling! Clearly there was a slightly new worker who was trying his best in the rush but the female employee kept being incredibly rude and disrespectful to him when he was just trying to be helpful, quite a few customers saw this & weren’t impressed. Shame.
Order came quickly, childs ham sandwich came with no ham. Meatball sub apparently had 2 loads of cheese in, can assure you it did not and the nachos came like this????? Shocking. Awful. Do not recommend. When I rang up got told that they used the appropriate portions for each meal, hmmmm.
Useless, why take delivery orders if you have no-one to do the deliveries when order had not arrived 2 hours after I ordered it and keep changing delivery time!!!I cancelled order, will not be using again!!!!
Unfortunately I have to say I’ve been here 3 times over a fair period of time. There was a young chap who was absolutely amazing very funny and made a great sandwich to which I’d give a 5*s to. The other 2 times I’ve been with my friend. we have had the worst experience it’s not that bad out of all of the subways we visit we travel around the country a fair bit. Weirdly it turns out the be the manager who had been working there for 18yrs! Although he’s very fast in his mind, in reality it’s over complicated, overwhelming and thus inefficient. There was no reason to try and be super fast as it wasn’t even busy. He was very nice just a bit intense and that’s coming from someone that is intense himself Not to be mean, but I’d rather go somewhere else and I will remember not to go out of my way to come here.

Exceptionally rude, unhappy with my colleague walking in and making a large order for our office. Called today to pre-order and also rude and said 'it's a pain to do it this way' - so apparently neither is ok and they just don't want orders of 6+ at a time. Orders are always wrong and the staff are just useless. Won't bother again.
worst subway i’ve been been in. the woman that works here was really rude towards me and my friend. will NOT be coming here again. it’s funny watching them chase pigeons out the shop though lol. i think i might through up
It's pretty much like any Subway in terms of food, value, hygiene etc. The staff the same, underpaid teenagers and twenty somethings working for minimum wage. Except one camp guy, he's amazing. Always really friendly, makes the food super fast, and always seems to be tastier as well. If he's working you won't be disappointed. Oh, and why do I always have to ask for a bag when it's to go? I'm not gonna sit in the street and ear it, I'm always going to need a bag.
Extremely slow service today, taking uber eats order as well as serving the big queue of people meant no worktop space, orders piled up and no salad left in the trays. Ordered a salad and no salad left. Asked for a vegi salad and had 1 tiny scoop of cheese 1/4 of an ice cream size scoop yet if a meat eater wanted a salad they would get meat and cheese. Not impressed with service or quality and I normally love a subway meal. It is the only option in truro now the other store has closed down. If you are doing user eats too there needs to be more prep area and fresh choice for customers in the shop .
Young ginger guy that worked in there really needs some training in customer service, said hello he just looked at me, didn’t reply, very rude to me throughout getting my food, didn’t say thank you once. Only said ‘what do u want’ no other communication. Clearly didn’t want to be working there and didn’t care about anything he was doing, not impressed. Would have pulled him up on his attitude, but bit my tongue as I’m sure he wouldn’t care anyway.
