Conveniently located in the city centre of Truro. Next to all the restaurants and shops. Spacious seating area and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for any visitors to Truro and fancy a good cup of coffee!
Really lovely staff absolutely brilliant so funny and engaging every time I go to the store. They know my drink by heart and it’s always made perfectly. Can’t recommend enough

Really spacious, good coffee and food is available, with friendly staff. There is an upstairs seating area, with a view of the cobbled street below. Restroom facilities inside, plus a baby changing room, although I wasn't impressed by the attentiveness to the bathrooms. Overall lovely place!
Fabulous service as usual from young Eddie. If it was not for him the place would be dull. Eddie always knows my name and what I have. Eddie you are absolutely Fantastic The 5 stars are for Eddie
Really friendly staff and great selection. This Starbucks is spacious and is clean. Lots of seating, both on the ground floor and first floor. There are toilets available on the ground floor.
Isnt ever open on time, also some friendly some rude staff depends on when u go. Have had to go to different barista several times - sad really you are loosing business because of your staff!!

Staff just chatting to each other, one drink wonder on the machine,furniture is a mess, covered in crumbs and stains. Customer service is non existent, this is the worst starbucks I've been in.
Coffee is fine, cakes nice, friendly service, but the establishment needs a ruddy good clean and an update. It looks a bit 1988 to me.Food: 3/5
