Very Polite and nice staff, as I travel to falmouth nearly every day, I always stop at the cafe in Truro train station to get coffee. Jade is the one who usually serves me. She makes the best latte :

The worst ever experience in any "cafe" in my entire life. Editing to reply- Wanted 2 coffees, 2 bacon rolls and1 bag of crisps. None on counter so changed mind and paid around £9 for the 2 coffees and crisps. Member of staff then brings some from the fridge in paper bags to put out, so we changed our mind and asked for two, to be grunted at by the woman serving, seemed quite put out by it and had to turn her till on and off, the whole while grunting and rolling her eyes. "Bacon roll" then nuked in it's paper bag, in the microwave for 30 seconds, resulting in a virtually enedible limp bap and 3 pieces of toilet paper thin, sad streaky bacon. I was then charged £13.05 and grunted at for the pleasure. To add insult to injury, coffees were dishwater quality and lukewarm. Disgraceful.
I ordered a black forest hot chocolate and it came out to be delicious. Had a lovely chat with the girl in the till. Lovely staff.

I asked for a hot chocolate which was listed on the menu, firstly I got a small lecture about how it’s a winter drink and given a dirty look, I then said okay? And asked if I could have cream. Which was also on the menu and she pulled a face at me and said no and that it was for cold season. I was polite and said no problem then she proceeded to make my drink. She didn’t give me a heat protection sleeve so my hands now burn yet she gave all the other customers one. Atleast I know where not to go xxx Also there is no rule hot chocolates are for winter xoxox
Lovely three hot chocolates and a cup of tea! Good service and really nice staff you can have a Laugh and a conversation! Since we missed our train and had to wait for next one
I come here every week to grab a coffee before I make my way to work. Always happy with the service, great selection of items in case I need something for lunch last minute, great coffee and always super friendly staff
Called in on Friday evening 2nd September and as usual the two ladies who were serving were cheerful, chatty and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the cafe in Truro.
Excellent coffe's and cake, with friendly service.
