Very good subs, but very small place to dine in; at the end of the day it does the function
All subways provide great food at a great price but what makes this one special is how friendly the staff were. All smiled but Eilidh was the standout. Great personality and wished me a happy birthday twice I went in partly for my free cookie!, once when I told her and again on leaving. Really lovely girl :-
I like this subway, the staff are more friendly and are always open to a bit of banter while preparing your food. The food preparation is also amazing, I usually get a salad and it is prepared exceptionally well and not just all thrown together in the bowl! The food always taste that bit extra here as well. The subway in the thistle centre is just a shambles... this oneMurray place is the good one.
High quality food every time. service can be slow when the shop is busy but that's expected. not a lot of seating and there is a strange smell in the downstairs area but it's not too bad. Staff can sometimes be unresponsive but this rarely happens.
Staff are polite, food is good, fast clean. It's your average subway. Only 4/5 because it's a little small and could only seat around 8 people. A little cramped but good none the less.

Went in today to your subway in Stirling ,Murray place I thought the staff weren't very helpful , as have never been to your subways before and said I had never been before but I thought the staff felt as if everyone who comes into your shop should know what they want . Ask the difference off all products but think staff need training on helping customers to explain what the differences are in your bread, foot long etc thanks for reading my review ,appreciated. In addition to this only came in as I had a money off voucher . But I will try other subways and see if they are all the same thanks.
Asked for a cup to put juice in from a bottle bought from here out of the fridge for a 2yr old and got refused because of stock take. Staff member was rude about it. Toilets have mold and leak over the floor. Tables were not wiped clean either.
