Darnley Coffee house is such a lovely place. They do the best soup I've ever had there and have great gluten free and vegan options. Lots of home made choices too. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and allows dogs which is so cute, I love their dog Instagram. Definitely recommend going there!
Lovely ambience. Very tasty purple carrot and ginger soup. Quick and friendly service. Clean and safe.
Absolutely amazing little coffee shop with a historical link as well. Had a great choice of food which tasted great! Will definitely need to make a return trip.

Good lunch menu with very tasty soups and well filled sandwiches being our choice. The apple cake was superb as was the chocolate fudge cake. Excellent choice of Thomson's coffees or pots of tea. Tables are well distanced and kept sanitised between customers. I will certainly be back.
Had a delicious lunch + afternoon tea for good prices and our dog Sultan was very welcome!

They do the best soup and toastie in town also serving an amazing selection of homemade cordials.
Not too crowded, some different options for soups and sandwiches. Speedy service and smiling staff.
