Ordered baked potatoes tonight with butter, cheese and onion. Food finally arrived 40 mins late, bone dry with no butter, only one tub of filling and the potatoes were freezing cold. If you want somewhere with little to no customer service, this is your place!
Food was OK. Charged 90p for a tub of tomato sauce. Won't be back, EVER.
Order took about 90 minutes, food came and was sweaty in the container and luke warm. Will not use again
Used for years, never again. Last 2 orders were vile. Both orders had normal sized potatoes not baking potatoes. Everywhere has raised prices but you can't raise them and HALF portions! Last order had several hairs in 5 out of 9 boxes that we seen. Phoned for refund and asked them to collect food, angry man told me the Manager wasn't in so nothing he could do! Still have photos of food on my phone.
Second visit, second order with something missing, no cheese for baked potato. Safe to I won’t be back
Ordered my meal including 2 pizzas and a chicken wrap with chips, waiting for nearly 2 hour!!!! When food got here they had forgot the chips and wrap was all cold and old pizza, pizza didn’t taste right so I called up and the manager even stated himself “the food is precooked” absolutely vile shop disgusting food

Food delivered 2 hours late. I called to cancel and was promised that food would be delivered and order refunded however this didn't materialise. We have since ordered again, the next order was delivered within around 1.5 hours and the second was 2 hours before it left the shop. I called to cancel this order and to be fair I really should have known better. Modern ordering systems have the ability to forecast delivery times and if you know it's going to take 2+ hours your customers should be advised in advance so they can make the decision to wait or not. I won't be making this mistake again.
Twice ordered from here. Twice my order was wrong! 2nd time actually went into the shop and specifically told them my order TWICE and they still got it wrong! Plus I saw one of the workers prepping a pizza with no gloves on handling dough and meat products with no PPE on at all and they let drivers into the food prep area! We will not use this place again. It used to be a good place but it has gone down hill recently.
Best baked potatoes we've ever had!!! Great portion size and the toppings are in separate containers with your takeaway to add on as per your preference too. Definitely be a regular takeaway for us now.
